Rev. Philip Hartwell  is an ordained minister and performs beautiful ceremonies.  He tailors each service to the couple and provides options for scriptures and/or poems to be read.  The couple can choose whether they would like a religious or civil ceremony.  

He is honored to be a part of such a special event and doesn't take the responsibility lightly.  He understands that each wedding is unique and incredibly special.
